Why would my nipples hurt when I touch them?

Okay , so several things could be causing that. . . hormones, right? I mean , I remember when I was pregnant my boobs were SO sensitive, like even a shirt touching them felt like a knife . It was awful . And sometimes now , like if Im really cold , they get a little bit tingly , not really painful painful , just like. . .uncomfortable . Maybe its just friction sometimes too ? I dont know , I rub my face all the time , and sometimes my skin gets all irritated . Could be the same deal ? I also saw something once about fibrocystic breasts ? That sounded scary, but it also sounded like it could just be lumps and stuff that come and go ? Maybe its nothing , maybe its something I should get checked out . Ugh , its so annoying though , you just want to scratch it, but then it hurts more , its a vicious cycle isnt it ? I really should probably ask a doctor , actually . I should probably google it too, but Im lazy . Or maybe its just my bra, this one is kinda old and tight . . . I should probably buy new bras .
